Multigrain Bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 stick bread
- 1 egg
- 7 gm yeast
- 25 gm honey
- 25 gm dark brown sugar
- 250 ml of milk
- 100 gm water
- 150 gm whole wheat
- 450 gm bread flour
- 75 gms oats
- 50 gms seeds
Directions
- Butter honey sugar milk, cook until butter melts, let it cool.
- Mix rest for five minutes, then mix again and rest for 5 minutes and then mix and leave on the counter to raise.
- Divide into two equal parts.
- Shape, by enveloping the dough, pack with seem down and place in seem at the bottom.
- Let it sit on the counter for the final raise.
- Place on the middle shelf.
