Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick bread
  • 1 egg
  • 7 gm yeast
  • 25 gm honey
  • 25 gm dark brown sugar
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 100 gm water
  • 150 gm whole wheat
  • 450 gm bread flour
  • 75 gms oats
  • 50 gms seeds

Directions

  1. Butter honey sugar milk, cook until butter melts, let it cool.
